SPRING IN THE VALLEY - CORPORATE COCKTAIL PARTY

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city with an evening function this Spring. The month of October is a gorgeous time to enjoy the delicious offerings of the Swan Valley. Our 'Spring in the Valley' Corporate Cocktail Party gives guests exclusive use of the Great Northern Distillery, with a gourmet cocktail menu and the wines and beers the region is famous for.

Transport: Depending on numbers, Function Junction can organise transport, including hummers, topless deckers, party buses and luxury coaches. A 2 way transfer from Burswood starts at $15 per person.

Mojito
Served in a tall, cool glass, the Mojito is a refreshing mix of mint leaves, lime juice, Canefire rum, ice and lemonade. The most popular cocktail in the US for the last 5 years.
Bloody Frog
A bloody concoction of Faithful Henry. Lemon and Grenadine served complete without the tyre marks. Watch the frog’s blood drip through the ice to pool at the bottom of the glass.
Lazy Vodka
White Eagle vodka, our own Lemon, Lime and Bitters syrup topped with soda. As easy as it gets.
Canefire Dry & Lime
You cannot get this taste in a can. Say no more.
Strawberry Daiquiri
White Canefire, lime and strawberry syrup. Topped with soda for the really sweet tooth.
Fruit Tingle
White Canefire, berry, blue and lemon syrup. Topped with soda and just a dash of grenadine.
Monsoon
A dark and turbid mix of Canefire, ginger syrup and soda. If you like something stronger, ask to upgrade to a Category 4 Monsoon using 51.4% Canefire Blackburn.
Granitas (Slushies)
Mixed at 2.5% these are a smart choice if this is just one of many stops you plan in the valley.

A Chocolate Fondue will also be a Main centrepiece to add to the attraction of this very private and exclusive Spring In The Valley and or Special Corporate Event
