Mixed platter; Vietnamese beef spring roll, House made pork and fennel sausage rolls, Salt and pepper squid,
Beez Neez battered whiting bites.
Antipasto platter; House marinated and char grilled mixed vegetables, a selection of sliced meats, feta and organic sourdough.
Pizza platter; A selection of house made pizza slices.
Sushi Platter; A selection of house made nori rolls with pickled ginger soy and wasabi.

Fish and Chips Fresh fillets of local Snapper in a beer batter, or simply grilled,

C Blu Sirloin and Prawns A 300g Char-grilled Sirloin steak and Cajun-spiced prawns served with cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and a Cajun Cream sauce. (Red)
Char-grilled Chicken Juicy chicken breast basted in a sweet, savoury glaze. Served with seasonal vegetables, cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and our own BBQ sauce. (Yellow)
Fettucine pasta with fresh spinach, diced tomatoes and mushrooms,
drizzled with its own coriander pesto (Green)
