Main
Traditional roast Turkey-Roast Turkey with Chestnut and Sage stuffing, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables and finished with a rich home style gravy and side of Cranberry sauce.
Honey glazed ham-Honey glazed ham served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables and topped with a pineapple and whiskey sauce.
Grilled Fillet of Snapper-Grilled West Australian Snapper fillet served with a crisp garden salad and a white wine cream sauce
Heaven chicken-Baked chicken breast marinated in lemon and thyme, stuffed with dates, goat’s cheese and spinach served on garlic mash potato and grilled asparagus finished with a mushroom jus
Monk Dish-Fettuccini pasta tossed with roasted pumpkin, pine nuts, semi dried tomato, spinach, goat’s cheese and avocado in a creamy white wine sauce
