The complete range of Waters Edge wines are available for tasting in our historic cellar. The grapes are sourced from the surrounding areas to produce a large variety of quality wines.Our premium range is accordingly named after the local bird life found in and around the local Swan River region. Platters of cheese, fruit and nuts, Assortment of tropical fruit and toasted Turkish bread and Chef made dips will be served to accompany your tasting experience.

MAIN COURSE
Chapel Farm 7:30pm-9:00pm Mongolian BBQ (Fridays Only)
Mongolian BBQ area where you select from 3 or 4 types of sliced raw meats (usually chicken, beef, fish & squid), a good selection of veggies and an assortment of sauces & condiments, cooked before your very eyes by the Mongolian BBQ Chef finished off with rice and spiced up as your taste desires Also Includes a limited selection of table wines to enjoy with dinner or grab a beer from the Bar (over 69 different beers to choose from)

TO FINISH
Great Northern Distillery 9:30pm-11:30pm
Complimentary Cocktail or post Dinner Bevy of your choice Mini Dessert Platters to complete your evening with coffee/tea Music & Video Clips provided for your entertainment.
